Disclaimer:

The Founders had a solid vision, allowing us to focus on refining their rough concept rather than conducting extensive research, as we worked to address customer and staff needs within a tight timeline.

They have conducted research ahead of time which saved us time to do market research and secondary research, instead we focused on how to execute a rough concept that they could take into consideration when moving forward with executing a prototype of their own to accommodate the tight deadline we have.

Overview:

The maid app was created to assist people of Hong Kong with juggling their bustling city life while balancing their private life.

The Founders (Jimmy and Brian) came up with an idea to satisfy the pain that most Hong Kongers have as well as give others the opportunity to have work but in order to flush this idea out, they wanted a physical prototype to refer to.

Objective & Goals:

The mission was to create an application that works for both customers and the employees to access.
The aim is to design a flow and app to visualize a concept in the works to support the founders with more information on what they could implement to enhance their potential business.

Reflections:

Problem Statement:

To create a flow that encourages both ends to utilize the application for the cleaning services but what should be there? How to retain and also, what kind of information is required for the users to get started?

Lessons Learned:

Pain Points:

Solutions To enhance app in the future:

Note: These suggestions were made with the purpose that both user sides get the experience that their voices are heard and are given more control over the services they demand or offer.
